National DRI — the national infrastructure for scholarly identification
The platform has four parts: the open registry, the identifier resolver, the institutions’ cabinet and the integration interface. They all work on one data model.
What the platform consists of
Open registry
A public database of confirmed records: search, filters and a bibliographic passport for every publication. Used without registering.

Connects the DRI link with the publication’s current address or with its passport page. When the source’s address is updated, the redirect is updated too.

Where metadata is entered and checked, identifiers are obtained and records are updated. Accounts are opened only through the official process.

An API and a test environment for connecting publishers’ and journals’ systems directly. Records are transferred without being typed in by hand.

The platform separates the parties’ responsibilities clearly: the data comes from the institution, the standard and oversight lie with the operator, and use is open to everyone.

An issued identifier is never deleted and never reassigned to another publication.
